Forgot to tell you guys....our school gives awards at the end of the year....top secret...the best of the best awards. So how did they inform dh and I to come to the ceremony? By mail....addressed to "the parents of"....which Casey reads to mean... her. So the cat is outta the bag at our house...and obviously she's getting one for most nosey. 
And tomorrow we are going to a reception with the mayor. C entered one of her poems into a diversity contest the mayor had....so we got the formal invite. I have no clue why C is adament about meeting the mayor. |
Congratulations to your dd. They have to send those invites out because only parents only go to those things with the oldest child...after that they quickly learn how boring they are and only go if they get the "invite". Maybe she has a few suggestions for the Mayor
