I have sent a few pms since the new format change, and they aren't doing like they used to. For example, there is no "read receipt" option, and they aren't showing up as received pms. If I go under sent items, they are there, but once it is sent is says no unread pms. How do I know if the person received them?? Little changes confuse me so...
