Nothing new has happened, unfortunately.
Everyone I've talked to (police, lawyers, animal control) said that if I don't have physical proof like a photo of the dog in their possession, then there's nothing I can really do.
We do keep watch constantly to see if she's ever been brought out. But so far no signs... we have heard a few barks though but that's it.
