Does anyone remember awhile back, mabie about 2 months or so ago, a person started a thread about their neighbors stealing their Bichon? Does anyone know who I'm talking about, or know if they ever got it back? Just curious, I felt really bad for this person, as I have a Bichon myself, and cant get them off my mind. I've done a search, but cant remember the title to the thread,so can't find it.
