They may come out on their own. Cali's didn't and I couldn't have them done when she was spayed because of a problem but she is going to go in in a few months and get them out. She retained nearly all of her baby teeth. If he hasn't been neutered yet and you are going to get hin neutered they can do it then. But at 6 months he may loose most of the baby teeth.
