Dear Corrine and Dan,
I ask God to give me words to put here as I know the pain you both are going through, we lost our precious one, last November, our Cassie. From your postings and your pm to me I feel like I know you both and want you to know you are in our prayers. Corrine, Jewel was never alone, Jesus had his arms about her and was with her till HE carried her across Rainbow Bridge, just as I know HE was with Cassie that long an awful night, untill HE carried her afar. Jewel was so blessed to have had such caring and wonderful people as yourself and you too were blessed to be entrusted from God to love and care for her in this life time. Oh, honey I am so touched by you wanting to be there for the cremation, when we got Cassie back it was the hardest, hardest to deal with, I wish we lived close so I could be there for you. To this day when I hold the urn that has Cassie's remains I feel the warmth and love from it that she always made me feel when I held her. I think cremation was a good choice that we made. Please know that we are much in prayer for you both and tonight you are especially heavy on my heart knowing what today held for you.
