The only difference that I do is that I keep both of mine in two different crates. It is easier especially if there is an age difference between the two puppies.They are young so right now they will be spending alot of time in the crate. How much is too much time in the crate, just go by how long it is until your dog has to go out. Mine never spend more than 5 hours in a crate and thats usually only at night. I let mine out evey five hours or so to go to the bathroom and then I let them out to play for awhile because I know they don't have to go becasue they have already gone. You should take them outside every time after they are done playing, eating/drinking, sleeping. Training two at the same time can be harder but it can be done. Keep up the good work!!
