Maybe it's some type of broker and since they don't actually have parent dogs they created some so it would look like they are breeders. They would have had better luck just stealing pics of other peoples dogs like some other disreputible brokers do. Kinda reminds me of the movie Timeline where there molecules don't quite go back together correctly each time they travel thru time. Those dogs definitely didn't get put back together quite right!
