I don't know if I would go to all the trouble. I, too, researched and found the first breeder I had purchased from. Well, when I had bought my little girl from her 15 years previously she was an excellent breeder with a good reputation. I would describe her as very knowledgeable, very clean, all dogs were in full coats and well groomed, no cages, all puppies were in playpens. Now, I won't mention her name or kennel, but she is now considered a very unreputable breeder and is described as all dogs being shaved down, kept in cages, sick puppies, etc. A lot can change in that amount of time! |
