Yes, one you should have notified his breeder to tell her you didn't want him so she had the opportunity to buy him back. At the VERY LEAST you should have neutered him before he left your hands. If he's not "good enough" for you to show/breed, he's certainly not "good enough" for someone else. If his breeder had said, "go ahead and place him Kristi" THEN posting him for sale would have been appropriate, AFTER his neuter...but she wasn't given that opportunity.
