Ooo, then you already have experienced the worse. If her dog's still a puppy...maybe he'll be like that border collie and settle down. Then again our neighbors have a bulldog mix....Molly was a crazy puppy and is now a crazy dog. She scares ME. I would never ever trust her enough to let Ramsey get near her. And her owners are older....they can't hold Molly back either.
Rethought my advice....cross the street when you see them coming
