I'm so sorry to hear about Jewel. She sounds like she was such a fighter. Don't be hard on yourself. I lost Buddy in march also and I know its so hard to move on but time will heal. I know it sounds impossible but trust me, it will.
You gave her the best days that she could have, you cared for her, kept her, and loved her.

R.I.P Little Jewel Angel, run and play at the rainbow bridge with Buddy and all the other yorkies who have passed on. There you aren't in any pain. The little children angels in heaven will play with Jewel until that special day (long from now) you will see her again.
