The total cost for this is between $15 to $20. You will need a set of clamps for either 1/2 or 3/4 inch galvanized or black pipe, a 5 foot piece of pipe, threaded on both ends, cut in two, one 3 foot piece and one 2 foot piece, and an elbow to put the pieces together.
I have temporarily used a hose clamp to hold the leash, but I plan to drill a hole through the pipe and put an eye bolt through it to attach the leash.
