First of all, WELCOME to YT!!

I am not sure what you are asking. Are you asking can you get rid of the ringworm, or are you asking if you should return the pup?

As far as the ringworm is concerned, I don't know much about that, but I have seen posts here from time to time. Do a search on ringworm, and I am sure you will see some info on it.

If you are asking if you should return your pup, only your heart can give you that answer.
