Jazzy is gorgeous by the way!
I have an idea. ya know, when a child gets bubblegum or chewing gum in their hair? (well, my child did before, maybe i'm the only one on her but I know others that have) anyway, you can put peanut butter on the bubblegum and work it in with your fingers and wipe it out and it takes the gum out. has anyone ever tried this with a babys mats in their hair to see if it would work. Kizzy hasnt had any mats yet but if she does I think I will try that. Its something in the oil in the peanut butter. I guess it make the hair oily and there fore it makes the gum oily and that cuts it loose. I'm not sure if this would work in a puppys hair from a mat but like I said, I will try it in Kizzys if she gets matted places. she is only 4 months now so she isnt getting mats yet.
