The colors you listed are the only colors listed on a Yorkshire Terrier AKC application so I guess you would have to pick one of those so although you could register by picking one of them it would be a false registration. No they will not attempt to recognize this color because it is a genetic default. I don't know of any other problems with this color, but genetic defaults in color usually have related health problems with it.
