I had a thread going on this somewhere.....
I'm dealing with the same thing and my Tinka is 5 months. Her ears have been shaved at least 4 times and have been taped many, many times since the tape doesn't stay on well - especially when she wrestles with her "sister." I have taken her back to the breeder, too, for taping and to show me how to do it.
Someone here said that if they are teething, sometimes the ears can go back down... I'm frustrated too. Now when I put the tape on, the ears fall over instead of standing up and I am doing it the same way as before, so maybe there is something to the teething thing.
I'm thinking of calling the vet tomorrow and seeing if there is anything else that can be done. I REALLY want her ears to stand up! That is the standard for Yorkies and that is what I want.
