Parker is trained on wee pads, and I also got his poochie bells and hung on the back door. When he has to go out he will ring them most of the time. If not he uses the pee pads. He doesnt like to go out when its raining, so the pee pads really help. You can get the poochie bells by doing an online seach. Mine was $15.00 and he caught on within two or three days. Each time you want them to go outside, go over to the door and say, lets go potty, you ring the bell and they will usually jump and try to ring them and get excited. Let them potty outside and as soon as they do, have a cherrio and tell them good boy or girl and give them the cherrio at the same time. When Parker goes outside now as soon as he is done, he is running over to get that cherrio. Hope this helps, and good luck
