I think it really depends.
for all three of my dogs, I've used CC products (shampoo's, conditioners, and brushes).. and i've had amazing results with them.
I have heard some people that have used them it didn't work so well.. i think it could be either, using too much of a product could make a coat greasier.
I have recommended CC products to close friends who have shih tzu's and they have fallen in love with CC products.
So I think it just depends on how you use it, what products you use together and the dogs coat.
but either CC or Petsilk, you cannot go wrong!
