Thank you for all your advice! I was just using a diaper on him, but today he managed to chew it off. So when I left tonight for a movie, I didn't have anything on him (because he was OK without it when I was home) and then I started panicing, and came back home to put the cone back on him while I was out. Now that I am home, I put a diaper back on him. A couple of times I noticed him licking th incision area the first day and I don't want anything to happen especially when I am not home. Thank you all again! I may try that onsie idea, because with my kids, I have plenty of those around.
