you can take the cone off when you can monitor him and make sure he's not licking the incision. if you notice him going at it alot then make sure he gets the cone back on when you can watch him. you don't want him licking it alot because it can get infected or he can pull out some of the stitches and it won't heal properly. take it off and see what happens |
