at the present I think I have a thirty day escrow wait maybe sooner but it will give me more time to arrange closing escrow on the home (mobile) in the same park as my friends. And it will give me more time to pack and elimanate a lot of clutter so I can begin a Feng Shui way of living
or at least im going to try to live simple
