I think they put those things about not being really good with children and hard to housebreak so people won't have these lofty expectations of bringing their furbaby home and like magic they are perfect with children and never have any accidents. When I read that I thought "wait a minute Georgie is housebroken and absolutely loves kids". I think they do that so they will get people that are serious about giving the dog a home and won't return them if they have one accident.
Just as a side note they are a great rescue group and care deeply about Yorkies.
