11 times. yep 11 of the exact same email 3 pics well 2 cause it looks like one is a duplicate. But no answers to my questions. guess I'll have to try again cause I really want to be sure they can get that crate apart with that hammer if something happened and I'd hate to scare it tearing it all apart with her inside.
