Welcome Squirt and jennifermarie! Higgin's Mom has got ya covered I see, yes, I'd leave them home together if they can play nice and don't attack each other or anything. It'd be good for them to socialize, just make sure they are okay with it for extended periods of time (watch 'em first while you are at home).
