Yes, that's what it looks like. I took a blurry pic of the basic grooming tools our breeder showed us and recommended that we'd need right from start but the pic Kelly V posted is much clearer.

I forgot to add that it's the tool "at the top" on this pic. She recommended them instead of tweezers since they are "dull" and can't scratch the ear if the dog makes a sudden move etc..
