When I went to pay her with my debit card, she says she only takes cash and will have to hold Ginger ‘til I get back with it. It was $7.00. There was no sign on the door about her “cash only” rule either. I was kind of upset. Because quite frankly the woman gave me the creeps, it was only $7, and she wouldn’t even accept holding my purse—with all it’s contents, instead of my dog ‘til I got back…Okay that was a little off subject. Sorry. lol
OMG that happened to me once! I took Codie to this grungy looking place just to have his nails clipped (because my regular groomer was closed) and that funky place didn't take credit or debit cards. They said I had to leave Codie there until I came back with the cash. I said NO, I will leave my drivers license with them but not my dog. They were very firm and kept saying no so I just shoved my way behind the counter and grabbed Codie from the woman's arms. The woman was trying to hold on to him and I said let go of him or I'll break your arms -- I think I scared her LOLOL Then I left and went to the ATM, then went home to get my hubby and he came back with me to pay them. All in all, it was a strange experience.
