$19...its kinda a strange amount why not make it $20, but I was going to tip $5 and went ahead and tippe 6 to make it even so it didn't really matter.
They washed dried and trimmed. They did the sanitary trim, her beard and feet. They didn't do anything with the hair in her ears or her nails though, but I don't know if they forgot to do the nails, didn't think she needed them or if it would've been extra. I didn't notice until I got home and I haven't taken her back in yet.
