Why have you not spayed her up till now? Were you thinking abour breeding her? Young pups recover from spaying faster than older dogs.
If you have no plans to breed her, by all means, have her spayed. I just had my Wosie spayed. It's healthier in the long run for the dog, and you don't have to deal with the mess heats bring. OR an accidental pregnancy that is best avoided anyhow...
