| all dogs are different so you have to find what works best for you when you decide on a method. . .and consistency is very important.
My Tiger came to me at 8 weeks but when he turned 10 weeks I could no longer stand him not sleeping by my side so I did . . . he was only 2 pounds then (I am a light sleeper) but he was so good and he has never soiled my bed - not once. Now at 7 months, he wears a belly band at night just because you just never know . . . and the pad continues to remain dry. . . but you just never know right?
I chose to crate train him during the day and in fact just graduated from it with flying colors . . . . . . . it won't be for long and he will be free roaming my house without worry . . I hope my Annika will be as easy as him . . . |
