I have had tanorexia since I was a child. I love to tan and I realize the damage the sun ha done to me over the years. I have cut down significantly the amount of tanning I do over the last two summers. However, I hate being white and I need to try something new. I am going to get a mystic (spray) tan later this afternoon. Does anyone have advice before I do it. Should I exfoliate? Should I not pile on my daily lotion? How do I get the maximum life out of it? Any advice would be great. Thanks!
