Hi -- I just finishing reading several articles that said that "cats and dogs do not have hemorrhoids."

But there are other conditions that may be your dog's problem. Sometimes anal glands are the culprit - or a "prolapsed rectum" or even a "polyp." I think that polyps and rectal prolapses are not common - but certainly can happen. (Parasites are sometimes a cause also...)

*** I also read that a change in diet for a while can often help a pup with rectal problems from straining, constipation, etc. They need less fiber - more moist food, and more water for a while. This causes their stools to soften and be less irritating. Also - moist wipes can give some relief.

But - with all that this problem might be - I think if it's not going away - and your little dog is uncomfortable -- a trip to the vet is exactly what your pup needs. I'm sure your vet will know what's going on and exactly what to do for it.
