 hey...
it could be constipation or swelling from having had constipation. Romeo used to get that all the time until we (by vet advice) began giving him dabs of olive oil or a tiny pinch of Cat laxative. It reduced then completely ended the swelling because it ended the constipation causing the problems...you ight try it anyway. It can't help...and if nothing else it helps the coat look healthier...another alternative is to give your baby scrambeled eggs...it helps them go better and also helps the coat! :-) i hope this helps!!!
