leave negative Feedback!! and submit fraud to ebay (misrepresenting an item to make sell) I have been a seller since 1999 and her auction stated pacific's and you paid for special shipping! She should have sent it fedex like she stated! she has mislead you and modified shipping to meet her own needs, also use Paypal to demand a refund for shipping (request money) and in the note section tell her you want a refund or you will file a complaint!
