If you paid for your items using PayPal that is the best place to file for help (eBay won't help you much). If you used PayPal you can file for items significantly not as described and PayPal will freeze the funds in her account until this is resolved. I guarantee you will get her full attention this way. Sign in to your PayPal account, click on Resolution Center and follow the instructions from there.
Also, if you are shopping on eBay always use PayPal funds paid from a credit card if at all possilbe. It provides you the most protection should anything go wrong with your transaction. |
