This is excellent advice. I learned the same thing from our obedience trainer. It took awhile for Bridget to get the hang of the "watch me" command, but once it stuck, it's worked wonders. All I have to do is say "watch me" firmly in any situation; outside, inside, distractions, etc. and she freezes and gives me her attention.
