Ask them how they handle difficult (biting) dogs. I would clearly ask if they drug their problem dogs. There are some groomers that do this without telling the owners (they use ACE). Since I do have some problem rescue dogs I understand the need for meds sometimes but to not tell the owner what is going on is wrong.
