When Tiger took puppy class (which I think he needs to do a remedial  ) the trainer always says never use the word "NO" unless it is something big . . always say "ah-ah-ah" or something . . .so when you say NO, especially to situations where he might be in danger, then he will stop to look at you because of the tone of your voice and the word itself!
Of course, I have yet to test that  |
