I would question whether any of those puppies are pure bred. I know we are using "designer" names but there is no such thing as a MORKIE except in the marketing ads. A mixed breed is a mixed breed is a mixed breed. So, they either are pure bred OR expensive mutts. They still need love and care but the price for buying such puppies should reflect their breeding.
If you look at the internet ads, you can find ads that are listed under Yorkie and then when you see one of the color like the one on the left, it will say there are also "designer" named mutts for sale. So many times, mixed breed litters will have puppies with different looks and the ones looking like Yorkies are sold as "purebred without papers" and the others in the litter are listed as mixed breeds. That happens in the Balto-Wash area all the time.. |
