I agree with RLC12345678. People worry about the weight because they paid extra (and a TON) for the smaller yorkie. I know I paid more for Millie than her siblings because I wanted a smaller yorkie. I was told she would be around 3 -4 lbs and she is 5.2lbs. And yes that is still a small yorkie and I am happy with her sweet little personality and her great bladder control (more important to me now than her size) and I am happy with her size. But I sure would not have been thrilled if she had gotten up to 8 -10 lbs when I paid extra for a smaller one! That's what would have gotten to me. Not her size per se, but the money I paid to make sure to get a smaller sized yorkie. So I did worry for the 1st 6 months, but I did get over it! |
