Hello all!!
Spice had her surgery yesterday morning and she is doing wonderful!!!!!
YEAH!!! She had a single Extrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt and had an Ameroid Constrictor placed on it. She is recovering very well at this point and we expect her to continue to do so. The only problem is that she is trying to chew out her catheter...little stinker. I was soooo worried about her and it was such a relief to hear that everything went well and that it was just a single shunt. Thank you for all of your prayers, she really needed them and will continue to need them throughout her recovery. I will keep everyone updated. Thanks again!
