Kizzy's mom~ sounds like our husbands are the same!! Mine didn't want me to get a dog in the first place, but my father in law gave me one anyway, and since we've had Yogi, my husband has fallen in love with him and they are inseparable!! My husband says almost every day "it is amazing how good he is!"
So I hit him up for another!!
He said "No way!! I'm putting my foot down!! No more dogs. One is enough." So we just went to go look at the breeder and her puppies. He took one look at the female and said "Her name is Dixie." And that was the end of that!! I kid with him all the time about how he did a wonderful job "putting his foot down"!!!
I think most men are softies, they just feel like they have to act tough. I'm sure your hubby will come around, too!!
