Savings Bonds are great, I get them all the time. By the time he's 18, he could have enough put down on a car. My Grandmother would send me money for the boys. It was really hard to get them something, because they already had it. So I would buy them Bonds. Well they were very happy when they turned 18, because I handed them to the boys, and told them it was a gift from their Great Grandmother. Let's just say, they were VERY happy boys
