I took Remmy outside when we had a hurricane Isabell last year.
In between gust of wind. He would not go in the house...he just held it. Finally I was like I know poor Remmy needs to potty but he had not clue where to go...so we ran outside in between gust of wind. But he was really really fast. Ran out went potty and ran back in.
