I'm from New Hampshire and we've experienced flooding over the last several days because of all the rain we've had. I still made my little one go out because i don't want her to regress with outside potty training. It meant lots of time spent in the pouring rain with a golf umbrella hovering over her! She quickly learned that she wouldn't be let in until she had done her thing. By the end of the rains she was an expert at going quickly!! Rain or shine she has to go out to do her thing...
