lol.. thanks FE... your a doll! I was scrolling the net too but all I found was smething about scrubbing all the hair off, making holes in the eyes.. draining the juice and then cooking the coconut in the oven @ 350 for 30-45 mins.. then breaking it open.... shoot I can barely cook a pizza much less a coconut!
