And you should love him to pieces always and forever. He may still grow to be full coated. It's way too soon to tell at 9 weeks.
Here's a before/after of my Wosie. Her first pic is 8 weeks and the last is 9 months. Some difference! And her hair is even longer and thicker now at 11 months.
