I think I'd love to have that little guy. He is a very (exceptionally) handsome little pup.
His hair is short - but it will probably grow longer, and different Yorkies' have different textures of hair that grows different lengths.
He has puppy floppy ears. I can see him with his ears standing straight up, and if they were, he'd look all Yorkie to me.
Yes - he looks like a Yorkie to me. And a cute one at that!
