Doesn't look like this one comes with the weather guard cover, really is a nice item to have with it. I don't think the eight inch wheel size will make a difference on rough terrain. It looks like it has the same type of wheels just a bit larger. We are real happy with the one we got and the pink is sooooo pretty. Patti and ~~Baby Blessing~~
