 We used to have possums...
Living out in the country - really way out in the boonies...they would come right up on the deck to eat the cat food. Now let me tell you...those buggers may freak some of you out, some of you may thing they are cute...but they carry DISEASES!!! Rabies too! In my husband's mind, the only good possum is a DEAD possum. When we saw them, target practice with the 12 or 20 guage shotgun was on. I think in the like 5 times we have seen them, he nailed three of them...and they were the big ole nasty, snot coming out of the mouth, stare you in the eye while they eat the cat food and the cat is scared to death, 20+ pound nasty POSSUMS! |
